Booking requests
An online booking is a request until we confirm it. Arrival windows are our best estimate. If we need to change your window, we will contact you as early as we can.
Diagnosis and prices
After we diagnose the problem, we give you a price for the repair before any work starts. You decide whether to go ahead.
Parts
Some repairs need parts that we have to order. We will tell you the expected arrival time and book a return visit.
Warranty
Repairs we carry out are covered for parts and labor from the date of the repair. The warranty covers the parts we installed and the work we did. It does not cover other faults, damage from misuse, or parts supplied by someone else.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or move your visit, let us know as early as you can.
Using this website
